![]() BiographyMy life has always been somewhat of a charmed one. I have had the good fortune of being able to be present
in the media and performance arts since the age of 16. Beginning my junior year of high school, I started taking vocational
classes for Media Technology, a class that got me hands on with the finer points of radio and television production, as well
as print design and the marketing aspects of spot advertising. It was the start of a legacy. Shortly thereafter I was introduced to one of the local DJs who ran a night at a club called Metropolis in downtown Portland. I had never spun records before but it was a fascinating art. I immediately became good at it. It seemed to me that I was meant to do this. After saving up and acquiring a set of tables for myself I practiced no less than 4 hours a day, leaving time only for home work and sleep. After a short stint at college, my father unexpectedly passed away and I was forced to return home to help with the family. I moved to Portland from my hometown of Sanford and then started recording mix CDs and playing the local circuit. I was picked up by a company called Netwerk One who did many of the larger events in New England. I was given the chance to play alongside many of the greatest names in the rave community, and from there I began doing other events such as weddings, company parties, and yes, even a bar mitzvah. I have accrued nearly a decade's worth of DJ experience and together with my background in computer and sound tech expertise, graphic design and webmastering, I have become a force to be reckoned with for nightclubs everywhere. Now that I have moved from New England, I am looking to make a name in the sunny circles of Florida. |
